Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the stem ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Caesar Dressing Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and anchovy paste.
