Prepare the Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into quarters to create tortilla chips. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the Tortilla Chips
Once the oil is hot, add the tortilla pieces in batches, frying until they are golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the Ranchero Sauce
In a separate saucepan, gently heat the ranchero sauce over low heat until warm, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Black Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Chilaquiles
On a large plate, layer the crispy tortilla chips, followed by the shredded chicken, warmed ranchero sauce, and black beans.

Garnish
Top with the cooked eggs, sliced avocado, crumbled queso fresco, and pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
