Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Toss Wings in the Sauce
Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven. Transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the Buffalo sauce over them. Toss to ensure all wings are coated in the sauce.

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Using a fork or a whisk, mix the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
