Pulled Pork Preparation

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Make sure to cover the entire surface.

Slow Roast
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker and add apple cider vinegar. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes. Shred the pork using two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Place a generous portion of pulled pork on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Add optional toppings like coleslaw and pickles if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
