Coffee base
Flavored syrup (non‑alcoholic) — choose one: Mocha, Caramel, or Vanilla
Optional add‑ins / finishing
Method
Coffee base
- 1
Brew coffee
Brew 1 cup (about 240 ml) of Early Girl blend coffee using your preferred method (drip, pour-over, French press). Aim for a hot but not boiling temperature (around 90–96°C / 195–205°F). If using pre-brewed coffee, reheat gently to serving temperature.
Add flavored syrup
- 2
Choose and add syrup
Select one flavor: mocha, caramel, or vanilla. Add 1 tablespoon of the chosen non‑alcoholic syrup to the bottom of your serving cup.
- 3
Combine
Pour the hot brewed Early Girl coffee slowly into the cup over the syrup, stirring constantly to fully dissolve and incorporate the syrup. Taste and add up to 1 teaspoon of additional sweetener if desired.
Optional finishing and garnish

Texture and creaminess (optional)
If you prefer a creamier drink, add 1 tablespoon warmed milk or milk alternative and/or 1 teaspoon cream or half‑and‑half. Stir gently to incorporate. For a café-style presentation, steam or froth the milk before adding.

Garnish for each flavor
Mocha: top with a dollop (about 2 tbsp) whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate. Caramel: top with whipped cream and drizzle about 1 teaspoon caramel on top. Vanilla: finish with a small pinch (about 1/4 tsp) ground cinnamon or a tiny scrape of vanilla bean and optional whipped cream.

Serve
Serve immediately while hot. Provide a spoon for stirring and an extra napkin if using caramel drizzle. If serving iced, prepare double-strength coffee, add syrup, cool, pour over ice, and add milk to taste.
