Cocktail
- 1
Chill glass
If desired, chill a white wine glass or large stemmed wine glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or fill it with ice while you prepare ingredients and discard right before building the cocktail.
- 2
- 3
Add elderflower liqueur
Pour 1.5 oz St-Germain over the ice in the glass.
- 4
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pour gently down the side or over the back of a spoon to preserve bubbles and limit foaming.
- 5
Top with soda
Add 1 oz chilled soda water to the top of the cocktail to give it a light, effervescent finish. Adjust soda slightly (±0.5 oz) to taste for more or less effervescence.

Notes
For a slightly drier spritz, reduce St-Germain to 1 oz or increase Prosecco to 4 oz. For a sweeter, more floral drink, increase St-Germain to 2 oz. Use very cold Prosecco and soda to keep dilution minimal.
