Method

Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Crust Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined and crumbly.

  3. 3

    Form Crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.

  4. 4

    Bake Crust

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Cheesecake Filling Preparation

  1. 5

    Beat Cream Cheese

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. 6

    Add Sugar and Sour Cream

Gradually add granulated sugar and sour cream, mixing until fully incorporated.

  3. 7

    Add Vanilla and Eggs

Mix in vanilla extract. Then add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.

  4. 8

    Pour Filling into Crust

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

  5. 9

    Bake Cheesecake

Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.

  6. 10

    Cool and Chill

Remove from oven and allow to cool at room temperature. Once cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Topping Preparation

  1. 11

    Prepare Topping

Once the cheesecake has chilled, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the top.

  2. 12

    Add Pecans

Sprinkle chopped pecans generously over the caramel and chocolate sauces.
