Marinating the Chicken

Prepare Marinade
In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic cloves, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Marinate Chicken
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and ensure the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Chop Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, thinly slice the red onion and chop the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese and chop the fresh basil.
Assembling the Dish

Top Chicken
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Top each chicken breast with sliced red onion, chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh basil.
