Pork Tenderloin Preparation

Prepare the Pork
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin. Pat dry with paper towels.

Season the Pork
Rub the pork with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the entire surface.

Bread the Pork
Dredge the pork in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Pork
Carefully place the breaded pork tenderloin in the hot oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomato and onion into rings. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry.

On each Kaiser bun, place a layer of lettuce, followed by a slice of tomato, the fried pork tenderloin, and onion rings.
