Pork Tenderloin

Sandwich Assembly

Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the entire surface.

  3. 3

    Prepare Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Bread the Pork

Dredge the pork in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  6. 6

    Fry the Pork

Carefully place the breaded pork tenderloin in the hot oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the tomato and onion into rings. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry.

  2. 8

    Assemble the Sandwich

On each Kaiser bun, place a layer of lettuce, followed by a slice of tomato, the fried pork tenderloin, and onion rings.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, alongside your choice of fries or a side salad.
