Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and ensure it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Grilling Chicken

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

Slice the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced grilled chicken, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, diced green bell pepper, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, and halved grape tomatoes.
Making the Dressing

Prepare the Greek Dressing
In a small bowl or jar, combine feta cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Serving

Serve the Salad
Serve the salad in bowls, drizzling some of the Greek dressing on top or serving it on the side. Enjoy with extra dressing as desired.
