Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Vegetables
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and shred the carrots. Dice the red and green bell peppers into small pieces and thinly slice the red onion.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, diced red and green bell peppers, and sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.
Cook the Chicken Tenders

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken tenders in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the chicken tenders are cooked, toss them in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Assemble the Salad

Add Chicken and Cheese
Place the hot buffalo chicken tenders on top of the salad base. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chicken and salad.
