Toppings

Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Make the Patty Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Make the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Burgers

  1. 5

    Grill the Patties

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  2. 6

    Baste with Buffalo Sauce

During the last minute of cooking, baste the patties with buffalo sauce and top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

  2. 8

    Add the Toppings

Place the buffalo-infused patties on the toasted buns, top with jalapenos, and drizzle additional buffalo sauce if desired.
