Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over each chicken breast.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Baste with Buffalo Sauce

Pour the buffalo sauce evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts, making sure each piece is well coated.

  2. 4

    Bake the Chicken

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 5

    Add Cheese and Jalapeños

Remove the chicken from the oven. Sprinkle the pepper jack cheese evenly over the top of each chicken breast. Slice the jalapeños into rings and place them on top of the cheese.

  4. 6

    Final Bake

Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Remove the Buffalo Fire from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
