Prepare Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix salt and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breast.

Grill the Chicken
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken breast on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Prepare Bun and Toppings
While the chicken is grilling and bacon is cooking, slice the tomato and prepare the lettuce and onion.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the Kaiser bun. Top with crispy bacon, Provel cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich.
