Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of grilling, place the Provel cheese slices on top of the chicken breast to melt.

Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the Kaiser bun lightly on the grill. Place the grilled chicken breast with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun. Top with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.
