Method

Cooking Bacon

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the slices of bacon. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Preparing Cheese

  1. 2

Grate the Cheddar and Swiss Cheese

Using a box grater, shred 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of Swiss cheese. Set aside.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar and Swiss cheeses. If desired, add black pepper and garlic powder to taste.

  2. 4

    Top with Bacon

Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces and add to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

Final Touch

  1. 5

    Serve

Transfer the bacon cheese mixture to a serving dish. Enjoy as a topping for burgers, nachos, or as a delicious dip!
