    Slice the Sausage

    Using a sharp knife, slice the Andouille sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

    Chop Vegetables

    Dice the bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking

    Heat Olive Oil

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

    Cook the Sausage

    Add the sliced Andouille sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Season the Mixture

    Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and black pepper over the sausage and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine. Cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld.
