Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

Add Flavorings
Once the cheese is melted, stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

Continue to cook the mixture for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and bubbly.
