Prepare the Casing
Soak the casings in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly under cold running water.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and ice water. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Casings
Using a sausage stuffer, carefully fill the soaked casings with the beef mixture, being careful not to overstuff. Tie off the ends securely.

Cook the Wieners
Bring a pot of water to a simmer (not boiling). Add the sausages and cook for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Cool and Store
Remove the sausages from the water and let them cool on a wire rack. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for longer storage.
