    Prepare the Veggies

    Chop the bell pepper and onion into small pieces.

    Whisk the Eggs

    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Cook the Veggies

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bell pepper and onion, sauté until soft.

    Add Eggs and Cheese

    Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until beginning to set. Sprinkle cheese on top and continue to cook until fully set.

    Slide the cooked egg mixture onto a plate and serve hot.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Slice the tomato and avocado. Wash the lettuce.

    Assemble the Sandwich

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on two slices. Top with the other two slices of bread.

    Press down gently on the sandwich and cut it in half diagonally.
