Method

Preparing the Tea

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.

    Steep Tea

    Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes.

    Sweeten (optional)

    If you prefer sweet tea, stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Adjust to your taste.

    Cool the Tea

    Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate to chill.

Preparing the Fruit Infusion

    Prepare Fruits

    Wash and prepare all the fruits: blackberries, mango, peach, raspberries, and strawberries. Slice and dice as needed.

    Combine Fruits

    In a large pitcher, combine all the prepared fruits.

    Add Tea

    Once the tea is chilled, pour it over the mixed fruits in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.

Serving the Iced Tea

    Garnish

    Add a bunch of mint leaves and slices of lemon to the pitcher for garnish.

    Serve
