Wine Ingredients
Method
Wine Making Process
- 1
Harvesting Grapes
Harvest 10 kg of ripe Pinot Noir grapes in the early morning to maintain freshness.
- 2
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes gently to release juice and press them to separate the juice from the skins.
- 3
Fermentation
Transfer the juice to a fermentation vessel, add 10g of yeast, and monitor the temperature to ensure it stays around 15-20°C. Allow fermentation to occur for about 2-3 weeks.
- 4
Clarification
Once fermentation is complete, let the wine settle for a few days to clarify.
- 5
Sulfite Addition
Add 30mg of sulfites to stabilize the wine and prevent oxidation.
- 6
Bottling
Bottle the wine and seal it. Store in a cool, dark place for aging.
