In a large mash tun, combine 10 kg of pale malt and 1 kg of corn flakes with 40 L of water at 65°C. Mash for 60 minutes.

After mashing, lautering the mixture to separate the liquid wort from the grain. Sparge with hot water to collect more wort.

Lautering

Bring the wort to a rolling boil and add 100 g of Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Boiling

After boiling, cool the wort quickly to about 20°C using a wort chiller.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel and pitch 1 package of ale yeast. Seal the vessel and let it ferment for 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, bottle the beer with priming sugar as needed and let it carbonate for an additional 1-2 weeks.
