1. Prepare the Hibiscus Ice
Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool. Pour the cooled tea into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
2. Rim the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into salt to coat the edge.
3. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hornitos tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
4. Serve
Fill the prepared glass with hibiscus ice cubes. Strain the cocktail mixture over the hibiscus ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
