Make Garlic Oil
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook Vegetables

Sauté Mushrooms and Spinach
In a large skillet, add the sautéed garlic oil and heat over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Then add chopped spinach and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.

Combine Cheese Blend
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and cream cheese. Mix well until the cheeses are fully blended together.

Assemble the Dish
In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the sautéed vegetables into the cheese blend until combined. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
