Add Flavorings
Once the mixture is melted, remove from heat. Stir in the maple syrup, instant espresso powder, and salt until well combined.

Pour into Pan
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.

Chill the Fudge
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm to the touch.

Once the fudge is set, remove it from the refrigerator. Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon and sea salt flakes for an added flavor boost.
