Method

Cold Brew Preparation

  1. 1

    Making the Cold Brew

In a large jar or pitcher, combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to mix.

  2. 2

    Brewing Time

Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours for optimal flavor.

  3. 3

    Straining the Cold Brew

After steeping, strain the coffee through a coffee filter or a fine mesh strainer into another container, discarding the grounds.

Pumpkin Cold Foam Preparation

  1. 4

    Mixing the Foam Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.

  2. 5

    Whipping the Cream

Using a handheld mixer or a frother, whip the mixture until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency. Be careful not to overwhip.

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  1. 6

    Preparing the Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Putting It All Together

Fill a 16oz glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee until the glass is about 3/4 full.

  2. 8

    Adding the Pumpkin Foam

Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of the cold brew, allowing it to float.

  3. 9

    Finishing Touch

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping generously over the pumpkin foam.

  4. 10

    Serve

Enjoy your Pumpkin Cloud cold brew immediately with a straw or without.
