Cold Brew Preparation

Making the Cold Brew
In a large jar or pitcher, combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to mix.

Brewing Time
Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours for optimal flavor.

Straining the Cold Brew
After steeping, strain the coffee through a coffee filter or a fine mesh strainer into another container, discarding the grounds.
Pumpkin Cold Foam Preparation

Mixing the Foam Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.

Whipping the Cream
Using a handheld mixer or a frother, whip the mixture until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency. Be careful not to overwhip.

Preparing the Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Assembly

Putting It All Together
Fill a 16oz glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee until the glass is about 3/4 full.

Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of the cold brew, allowing it to float.
