Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oranges

Start by washing the fresh oranges thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half using a sharp knife. Use a citrus juicer or hand-held reamer to extract the juice from each half into a large bowl or measuring cup. Ensure to strain out any seeds.

  3. 3

    Mixing the Juice

Once all the juice is extracted, measure the total amount of orange juice. If you have more than 2 cups, you can adjust the amount of sugar and water accordingly. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 cup of filtered water to the juice. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. 4

    Serving the Juice

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the freshly made orange juice over the ice. Serve immediately for the best taste.
