Brew the Espresso

Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of illy Classico Espresso. Ensure your machine is preheated for optimal extraction.

Heat or Froth the Milk

In a saucepan, heat 8 oz of your chosen milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Alternatively, use a milk frother to froth the milk for a creamier texture.

Combine Espresso and Milk

Pour the brewed espresso shots into a large cup or glass. Slowly add the heated or frothed milk to the espresso, allowing the milk to blend in.

Add Sweetener and Toppings

If desired, add sweetener to taste. Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for added flavor and presentation.
