Method

Prepare Espresso

    Brew the Espresso

    Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of espresso. Pour the espresso into a cappuccino cup and set aside.

Froth Milk

    Heat and Froth Milk

    In a small saucepan, heat 150 ml of whole milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling. Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the milk until it is creamy and has doubled in volume.

Assemble Cappuccino

    Combine Ingredients

    Pour the frothed milk over the espresso slowly. Aim for a ratio of about 1 part espresso to 2 parts milk foam.
