Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, usually about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Add Truffle Cream

Spread the truffle cream evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. 3

    Slice the Figs

Wash and slice the figs into quarters or thin rounds, depending on your preference. Distribute the fig slices evenly on top of the truffle cream.

  4. 4

    Add Prosciutto

Tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and scatter them over the figs.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Finishing Touches

  1. 6

    Add Burrata and Arugula

Once the pizza is out of the oven, tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the pizza. Add the arugula generously on top.

  2. 7

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 8

    Slice and Serve

Slice the pizza into wedges and serve immediately while hot.
