Prepare the Coffee Maker
Ensure your drip coffee maker is clean and ready for use. If applicable, place a coffee filter in the filter basket.

Measure Coffee Grounds
Using a measuring cup, measure out 0.5 cups of illy coffee grounds and add them to the coffee filter in the basket.

Measure 4 cups of fresh, cold water and pour it into the water reservoir of the coffee maker.
