Fried Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Breading the Salmon
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each salmon fillet in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Frying the Salmon
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded salmon fillets in the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Avocado
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice and salt. Mash together until smooth but still chunky.
Spice Mayo

Mix the Spice Mayo
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Assembly

Assemble the Deco Combo
Place a California roll on a plate. Top with a piece of fried salmon, a generous scoop of mashed avocado, and drizzle with spice mayo. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
