Method

Cold Brew Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew the Coffee

In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and filtered water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

  2. 2

    Steep the Coffee

Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, depending on your strength preference.

  3. 3

    Strain the Brew

After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a coffee filter or a fine mesh strainer into another container to remove the coffee grounds.

Infusion Process

  1. 4

    Whip the Cream

In a medium bowl, pour the heavy cream and use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the cream until soft peaks form.

  2. 5

    Flavor the Cream

Add vanilla extract and simple syrup to the whipped cream. Mix gently until fully combined.

  3. 6

    Infuse Air

Using a handheld frother or an immersion blender, aerate the whipped cream to create a creamy texture and cascading effect.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Combine Cold Brew and Cream

In a tall glass, pour the cold brew coffee, filling it halfway. Slowly spoon the whipped cream mixture on top to allow it to float.

  2. 8

    Garnish

Dust the top with cocoa powder and add a few coffee beans for garnish.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Cold Brew ARIA!
