Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Add Broth and Simmer
Pour in the chicken broth and lime juice. Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Let it braise for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

In a medium bowl, combine corn, diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Adjust salt to taste.
