Braised Chicken

In a large dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Pour in the chicken broth, and add the thyme and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
