Brew the Espresso
Use an espresso machine to brew 2 shots of Illy Classico Espresso. Ensure the machine is preheated for optimal extraction.

Prepare the Water
In a kettle or on the stovetop, heat 12 oz of water until it reaches a simmer. If you prefer it iced, allow the water to cool or use cold water.

Combine Espresso and Water
In a large mug or glass, pour the brewed espresso shots. Then, slowly add the hot (or cold) water to dilute the espresso to your preferred strength.
