In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Mix Chicken with Sauce
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Pizza Assembly and Baking

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

Shape Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to an 11-inch round.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper. Brush the surface lightly with olive oil. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the dough, then top with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.

Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
