Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- 4
Add Cheese and Basil
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil into the sauce. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.
