Preparation

    Prepare the Purees

    In separate bowls, prepare the fruit purees by blending fresh peaches, mangoes, blackberries, and strawberries until smooth. Strain if necessary to remove seeds and skins.

    Chill the Glass

    Place a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, dry vermouth, and the desired fruit purees (peach, mango, blackberry, and strawberry). If you want an espresso martini, also add the espresso.

    Shake Well

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

    Strain and Serve

    Remove the martini glass from the freezer. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

    Garnish

    Garnish the drink with fresh blackberries and a sliced strawberry on the rim of the glass.
