Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Cook the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the Marsala wine to deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Chicken Back
Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with thyme. Allow to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Polenta
In a separate pot, prepare the polenta according to package instructions. Stir in the Parmesan Reggiano until melted and creamy.

Serve
Plate the polenta, top with the chicken Marsala, and serve with garlic bread on the side.
