Rest and slice
Transfer tuna to a cutting board and let rest 3 minutes. Slice each steak against the grain into 1/4-inch slices. Serve immediately with chimichurri spooned over or alongside and lemon wedges.
Chimichurri Sauce

Chop and combine
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro and oregano (if using leaves). Place herbs and minced garlic in a medium bowl.

Dress the herbs
Add the red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, kosher salt and black pepper. Slowly whisk in the extra-virgin olive oil until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning — add more salt, pepper or vinegar as desired.

Rest for flavor
Let the chimichurri sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours refrigerated) to allow flavors to meld. Bring back to room temperature before serving if chilled.

Keep naan warm and serve alongside sliced tuna and chimichurri.
