Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix together the ground veal, pork, and beef. Add bread crumbs, egg, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and form into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Simmer
Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer in the sauce for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
