Meatballs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, making sure not to overwork the mixture.

  2. 2

    Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Tomato Sauce

While the meatballs are baking, prepare your favorite tomato sauce or use store-bought. Heat it in a saucepan over medium heat.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the tomato sauce and let them simmer for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with pasta or on a sub roll!
