Prepare the Garlic Butter
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic cloves and cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the fresh pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake the Fries
Transfer the topped dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into strips or wedges and serve warm with family tomato sauce for dipping.
