Fresh Juice (Simple single-fruit serving)
Method
Cold Milk (plain)
Chocolate Milk
Mix chocolate milk
Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a mixing glass. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup. If you want a deeper chocolate flavor, add 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar. Whisk or stir vigorously for 20–30 seconds until syrup (and cocoa/sugar, if used) are fully dissolved and evenly distributed. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity by adding more syrup or sugar to taste. Pour over 3 ice cubes into a serving glass if desired and serve immediately.
Fresh Juice (Simple single-fruit serving)
Make fresh orange juice
Roll the orange firmly on the counter to loosen juices. Cut the orange in half crosswise. Using a manual citrus juicer or reamer, press and twist each half to extract juice into a small bowl or measuring cup until you have about 1/3 to 1/2 cup (adjust by fruit size). If pulp is undesired, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into the serving glass. If juice is too concentrated, stir in up to 2 tablespoons of water to reach preferred consistency. Add 3 ice cubes if you like it cold and serve immediately.
