Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Fill a copper mule mug or highball glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink (about 1–2 minutes).

2

Prepare cucumber

If using a cucumber ribbon, use a vegetable peeler or mandoline to slice 2–3 thin long ribbons from an English cucumber. Reserve one additional round slice for garnish.

3

Build the cocktail

Discard chilling ice from the glass and add fresh ice (about 1 cup). Pour 2 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber vodka and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice over the ice. If you prefer a slightly sweeter mule, add 0.25 oz simple syrup.

4

Top with ginger beer

Gently top the mixture with 4 oz chilled ginger beer. Stir briefly (1–2 gentle stirs) to combine — avoid over-stirring to preserve carbonation.

Garnish & Finish

5

Thread a cucumber ribbon into the glass so it coils along the inside, or lay it across the top. Add the lemon wheel on the rim or float it on top. Slap the mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and nestle it into the drink (optional). Serve immediately with a straw.
