Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grilling the Salmon

During the last minute of grilling, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon for added flavor.
Cooking the Vegetables

Prepare the Vegetables
Trim the asparagus and cut the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
Serving

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place a grilled salmon fillet alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.
