Wings

Method

Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are thoroughly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the buffalo sauce.

  5. 5

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Mix Thoroughly

Use a whisk or fork to mix the ingredients until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 8

    Chill the Dressing

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
