Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are thoroughly coated.

Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Use a whisk or fork to mix the ingredients until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
