Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, typically about 30 seconds.

Prepare Glass
Take a chilled glass (preferably a hurricane glass) and pour the blended mixture into it.

Garnish
Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice, a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired.
